UP ENERGY / WEBSITE PRIVACY
Your information.
This notice describes the UP Energy business information website, not any EMS application or connected-site service.
Contact inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, the form sends your name, work email, company, optional site location, project type, optional estimated BESS power or capacity, optional project timeline, and message to Web3Forms for delivery to the team's shared inquiry inbox used by UP Energy and Evernu. UP Energy uses those details to respond to your inquiry. Do not include sensitive operational, financial, or personal information, credentials, or confidential site data.
Web3Forms processes submissions under its own privacy policy. If you use the email link instead, your email provider sends the message directly to the displayed address; this is separate from the website form.
Hosting and browser storage
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. The hosting infrastructure may retain normal access and error logs, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information.
Privacy requests
Contact contact@upenergy.ai with questions about your inquiry information or to request access, correction, or deletion. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
